What is the reward?

The reward is for qualifying Britax Römer customers who complete the steps to receive a Britax Römer Prepaid Mastercard® to the value of £30. The Britax Römer Mastercard® is valid for 6 months from the month it was despatched.

How do I claim my Britax Römer Mastercard®?

You can claim your Britax Römer Mastercard® if you have completed the following steps:
  1. You will need to have purchased one of the following Britax Römer i-Size car seats during the promotional period (15th September 2018 – 15th November 2018) from Mothercare stores or Mothercare online.

    Promotional Britax Römer products are:

    BABY-SAFE i-SIZE and FLEX BASE bundle
  2. Within 30 days of purchasing a qualifying Britax Römer product you will need to visit www.britax-roemer-campaign.co.uk/claim (the promotional website) to claim your £30 Britax Römer Mastercard®. You will need to enter your date of purchase, name, postal address, email address and date of birth, and set up a password and upload a proof of purchase. The claim form must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date shown on your receipt for you to be eligible for their Britax Römer Mastercard®. The last claim date is the 15th December 2018.
  3. If your claim is successful you will receive an email within 5 working days of completing the claim form confirming that your £30 Britax Römer Mastercard® is on its way to you and should arrive within 7 working days. The email will contain activation instructions and an activation code that you will need to activate your card once it arrives.
  4. When your Britax Römer Mastercard® arrives you will need to activate it. You can do this by visiting the link to the Britax Römer Mastercard® activation site which you can find in your email. You will then need to enter your card number, the activation code found in your activation email, your email address and the password you set up when submitting your claim. You have 30 days to activate your card from when you receive the email.
  5. Your Britax Römer Mastercard® is then ready to spend and you can start enjoying some great days out with all the family! You can use your card for 6 months from the month the card was dispatched.

Where can I purchase my Britax Römer product?

You will need to have purchased a qualifying Britax Römer product from a Mothercare store or from Mothercare online.

What can I provide as my proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase is the receipt you received when you bought your Britax Römer product. We will need a clear scan or a photograph that shows all of the wording, dates and details of your purchase. This must include the product purchased, the retailer the product was purchased at and the date of purchase.

How do I upload my proof of purchase?

You can upload your proof of purchase by clicking on ‘choose file’ and uploading a JPEG, PNG or GIF image of your receipt into the upload bar. If you are uploading a proof of purchase from a mobile, you can upload a picture or screenshot of your receipt. Maximum file size: 4MB.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password you will need to click ‘forgot password’ on the login page. You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

If I haven’t activated my Britax Römer Mastercard® within 30 days of receiving my email, can I use it?

Unfortunately you won’t be able to use your Britax Römer Mastercard® if you have not activated it within the 30 day activation period. Funds are only loaded onto the card once the card is activated.

How do I access my balance or transaction history for my Britax Römer Mastercard®?

Once you have received and activated your Britax Römer Mastercard®, you can visit www.britax-roemer-campaign.co.uk/login to log back in to access your balance and transaction history. You will find this on your account page.

How long do I have to spend the funds on my Britax Römer Mastercard®?

You will have 6 months from the month your card was despatched to spend the funds on your Britax Römer Mastercard®. Your card will expire on the date shown on the card so make sure you enjoy spending your funds before that date.

Where can I spend my Britax Römer Mastercard®?

You can spend your Britax Römer Mastercard® anywhere that displays the Mastercard® sign.

Can I spend my Britax Römer Mastercard® online?

Yes you can spend your Britax Römer Mastercard® both online and in store.

Do I need a PIN number?

Your Britax Römer Mastercard® does not require a PIN. All you need to do is swipe it to pay for your purchase in store.

Can my Britax Römer Mastercard® be used at an ATM?

No, your Britax Römer Mastercard® cannot be used at an ATM to withdraw funds.

What happens if my purchase is more than the credit on my Britax Römer Mastercard®?

When using your Britax Römer Mastercard®, if the purchase is more than the card balance, first pay the difference with another form of payment and then charge up to the amount of funds available. Not all merchants accept split transactions though so please check in advance.

Is the Britax Römer Mastercard® a credit card?

The Britax Römer Mastercard® is not a credit card, it is a Prepaid Mastercard® which you can use until the funds on it have been spent.
